Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

your partner in lasting health

Meet
grace

I know your journey because I’ve lived it.

For over a decade, I struggled with chronic bloating, hormonal imbalances, disordered eating, skin rashes, and a body I couldn't figure out. I lost my period for four years. I spent thousands chasing answers through diets and supplements. Every doctor told me the same thing: labs look normal, eat less, exercise more, here's another prescription. But nothing addressed what was actually going on, and over time those unanswered symptoms led to years of isolation, frustration, and low self-confidence.

It wasn't until I discovered nutritional therapy and Functional Testing that things started to shift.

For the first time, I learned that my symptoms weren't random or something I just had to live with -- they were connected, and they were messages from my body asking for something different. I dove in completely, studying nutritional therapy while working through my own healing at the same time -- and slowly, everything began to shift. My energy came back. My digestion improved. My skin cleared. I started to feel like myself again.

While the journey is not complete, my ongoing experience is why Well Within exists.

As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help individuals uncover what's actually driving their symptoms through personalized nutrition, functional lab testing, and ongoing support. Not a generic protocol, but a plan built for your body, your life, and your pace.

Let’s get started!

My core values

I. Bio-individuality

II. Root-Cause Resolution

III. Sustainable Change

IV. Food as Medicine & Joy

No two bodies are the same. Your plan should reflect your unique needs, symptoms, and goals -- not a template.

I won’t give you a generic protocol, but rather we’ll create one that’s tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and what truly works for you.

I. Bio-individuality

II. Root-Cause Resolution

III. Sustainable Change

IV. Food as Medicine & Joy

Symptoms are worth understanding, not just managing. When you address what's actually driving them, they stop continuously returning.

We won’t chase symptoms. We’ll slow down, ask the right questions, and uncover what your body has been trying to tell you.

I. Bio-individuality

II. Root-Cause Resolution

III. Sustainable Change

IV. Food as Medicine & Joy

Real results come from small, consistent shifts you can actually maintain, not restrictive protocols that feel unsustainable.

I'll never hand you a protocol that requires extreme restriction or perfection. We'll build habits and routines that fit your lifestyle.

I. Bio-individuality

II. Root-Cause Resolution

III. Sustainable Change

IV. Food as Medicine & Joy

Natural, whole foods are medicine. They should heal and nourish AND bring joy and connection, simultaneously.

We will foster a positive and inclusive conversation around food, without fear or judgement. After all, nourishment should feel supportive, satisfying, and joyful.
